Mainstream Media has truly declared war on those of us who do not watch and agree with them. Sean Hannity of FOX NEWS was interviewed by Ted Koppel of CBS. But instead of playing the whole interview straight through, they hacked it up, leaving out essential parts. They made the interview to express what they wanted it to express. Hannity has thus asked them to play the unedited version straight through, and he is rightfully angry at their manipulation.
Why did Ted cut out my many examples of media bias?, Hannity asked on Twitter. Hes also asking CBS News release the entire 45 minute interview so people can see the BS games you play in the edit room. I dare you!
Koppels story wasnt a profile of Hannity, but rather how Hannitys show, and those like it, exacerbate the divide, which led to a contentious moment:
The way Koppel spoke to him is rude and deceitful. Here is the transcript:
Hannity: You think were bad for America? You think Im bad for America.
Koppel: Yeah. Yeah. In the long haul I think you, and all these opinion shows
Hannity: You do? Really? Thats sad.
Koppel:
because youre very good at what you do and because you have attracted a significantly more influential

Ted Koppel is one of the most liberal celebrities out these. He is liberal and smug about it, probably feeling that Sean Hannity is beneath him. Only the commie, Walter Cronkite, could be worse.
Why was Hannity even doing an interview with these dirt bags?
Like they were going to give him a fair shake?
Poor Ted, he never liked conservative success.
Another case of selective editing to strengthen their point. If you sit for an interview, demand a complete copy and the right to air footage in rebuttal.
Hannity should have known it would have been a slice and dice presentation of the entire interview from the start and refused the interview
Why did Ted cut out my many examples of media bias?, Hannity asked on Twitter.
His answer is right there in the question he asked.
Media bias... Duh!
Hannity could’ve and should’ve seen it coming.
I’m sure Sean DID see it coming. Expect to hear unedited audio of the interview on his radio show.
Why would Hannity go and strip naked for SeeBS? He had to know what they’d do.
In other words, Ted Kopel is a despicable POS.
So what’s the big deal? This is just part of this week’s “narrative” in the Media, the White house, and here on Free Republic that “conservative ideologues” are the people responsible for the “divisiveness in America.”
If it weren’t for “conservative ideologues” Ryancare would have passed and the American landscape today would be filled with butterflies and unicorns.
Too late makes no dif and preaching to the choir, Kopel dolts wont be tuning in.
poor little teddy krapple - another media hypocrite just can’t handle it when the Internet offers everybody the news he tries to ignore.
arrogance and intolerance go together and consume his brain.
Life Lesson 101
I learned many years ago about how media can distort the message. I read about this careful excising/parsing from time to time, where the “interviewee” is unhappy with the “cut” edited product. So, what I do now, is to retain all copyrights jointly with the interviewers. I do this for those wanting to publish my writings too. That way, if necessary, I can release the full unedited version.
I hope Sean and others will start retaining joint copyrights in the future.

You might be on to something.
Hannity could make a week’s worth of shows out of the Koppel interview.
I’m surprised Ted is still around...
I’ll be shocked in Sean does not have a complete audio copy of the interview. And very disappointed.
Actually they should release it. There appears to be nothing that hasn’t already been said about the MSM, but it appears Hannity is but hurt that that was cut.
Agreed - this is basic for these skunks. Sean should be a little embarrassed complaining about it.
Answer: because that's what CBS always does.
When did you last see a General Motors executive interviewed on CBS's "60 Minutes"? For those of you younger than 60, I'll answer the question for you - 1970. That's because CBS did the same thing then to General Motors. After such an interview about Corvair lawsuits, GM made a policy that CBS would never again conduct an official interview with anyone from GM unless GM would also record the entire interview. CBS never allowed that, and GM never gave another interview.
