Who Cares About Janet Napolitano's Worthless Apology To CA Legislators?
Canada Free Press ^ | 05/03/17 | Katy Grimes

Posted on 05/03/2017 4:20:28 PM PDT by Sean_Anthony

Janet Napolitano wasn't brought to California to legitimately run the massive taxpayer-funded University of California system; she was brought in to help facilitate the "fundamental" changes in the entire system

There are numerous news articles about University of California President Janet Napolitano apologizing to legislators this week over a state audit which found $175 million squirreled away in a secret account, while the UC universities were increasing tuition costs on students.

The problem is, her apology is hollow, meaningless, worthless, or any number of synonyms for her senseless drivel. She knows nothing will happen to her.

Secret cocktail party, steak dinner, and vacation funds from funneled public funds: that’s how DemonRats roll. In Janet’s eyes, the only thing they did wrong was get caught.

Just, not a lot of them.

Graduate of UCSB—I constantly get e-mails, phone calls asking for contributions. I took a poll and told them I’d no longer send them money as long as JN was in charge. Suggested they look for her replacement from outside the Obama administration. Then I might give again—but realistically looking at California (state and University) politics I doubt I’ll be giving again.

If I “squirreled away” a large sum of money in a slush fund at my work, I think I’d be fired and probably criminally prosecuted. If you do it in government, its no big deal. Get on camera and cry about how sorry you are and all will be forgiven.

unless the apology was attached to a letter of resignation, it’s meaningless drivel

The University of California is among the largest source of donations to Hillary Clinton....$1.37 billion. If each of the 238,700 students in the UC system donated $100 to Hillary, that'd still only be $23.87 million. Must be some very big donors to make up the difference between that and $1.37 billion.

Is there a Soros connection? Alexander Soros is pursuing a doctorate in modern European history at University of California at Berkeley.

It is also possible that UofC head Janet Napolitano, Soros and a cabal of Hillary donors, committed other federal and civil offenses including but not limited to:

<><> Title 18 U.S.C. §1341, Mail Fraud, 18 U.S.C.§1001, Presenting a False Document to an Agent of the US Government (involves several felonies and could include forgery);

<><> 18 U.S.C.§1027 False statements and concealment of facts in relation to documents required by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and other possible offenses including civil and/or criminal RICO violations.

<><> 18 U.S.C. §§1961-68 (RICO Act)18 U.S.C. §1001 (making false Statements to Agents of the US Government),

<><> 18 U.S.C. §241(Conspiracies Against Civil Rights).

<><> Possibly full investigations crentering on RICO conspiracies under 18 U.S.C. §1962(c) could be warranted because (1) the persons (2) were employed by or associated with an enterprise (3) that engaged in or affected interstate commerce and that (4) the persons operated or managed the enterprise (5) through a "pattern" (6) of racketeering activity, and (7) the taxpayers were injured by reason of the "pattern" of racketeering activity.

<><> Alleged Offenses could include Violation of Title 18 U.S.C. §241 – Conspiracy Against Constitutional Rights – which prohibits in relevant part, “two or more persons (from conspiring) to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same . . .” See, 18 U.S.C. §241.

Pres Trump must demand these agencies launch investigations of these activities at once:

<><> FBI -- Wire Fraud Division

<><> IRS-Fraud Unit

<><> Department of Justice’s Office of the Inspector General,

<><> Department of Commerce’s Office of Inspector General.

<><> DOJ's Criminal Division-- Public Integrity Section

<><> DOJ Criminal Division--Organized Crime and Gang Section.

The rule of law is gone in this country. One only needs to see the clintons, susan rice, obama, holder, lynch, et. al are all still free and have not been indicted as proof.

$175 million squirreled away in a secret account...

This is the classic textbook setup for attempted embezzlement. You shunt funds over to an off-the-books account, wait for perhaps years to make sure no one is wise, and when the time is right to bug out, wire it all over to an offshore account in one slurp, where a clean white beach and cocktails with little umbrellas await.

The auditors also said she and her staff were highly deceptive and uncooperative with the audit, and worked to block the auditors from succeeding in their work.

She should be fired immediately. Then prosecuted. And barred from any public office forever.

Donald Trump ran as the law and order candidate. For him to fulfill that promise imho, a few hundred at least need to be sent to prison for the rest of their miserable lives, and Napolitano is one of them.

Napolitano appears to be at ground zero for a crime scene.

Will this crime scene be seen in court?
