Federal Courts Continue to Illegal Strike Down Trump's Executive Orders
Canada Free Press ^ | 06/13/17 | Douglas V. Gibbs

By supporting activist judges and the import of terrorists, that is what you are shooting for, right?

First, I want the judges to show me where in the U.S. Constitution it states that the federal court system has any authority to overturn or nullify an executive order. Second, I want the judges to show me where in the U.S. Constitution it expressly enumerates the power of the courts to strike down legislation or determine the constitutionality of legislation. Third, I want them to show me in the U.S. Constitution where it shows that they have any enforcement power regarding their rulings or judicial opinions.

Courts can reverse Trump's orders but Trump can't reverse Obama’s.

Why doesn’t Trump and his admin just ignore these courts. We can wait until the cows come home for the Ryan/Turtle Head congress to reign in the lower courts. Trump runs the folk that allow immigrants into this great country - stop accepting when they show up. END OF STORY.

IGNORE THEM!

How are they going to enforce it?

“Why doesn’t Trump and his admin just ignore these courts.”

My guess is that the Republicans would gleefully jump on the impeachment bandwagon with the Democrats. President Trump must tread through this very carefully...

The court decisions allow the bureaucrats to ignore Trump's orders. Remember, most of the executive-branch bureaucracy is likely Democrat.

Absolutely correct these rogue courts are issuing totally ultra views unconstitutional pure trash “orders” — which they have no right or authority to do. It is an attempted political revolution by judges that must must must know they’re doing something that’s thoroughly illegal Not since Madison v Marbury has there been such a flagrant aggrevious and patent judicial attempt to usurp power. And Madison case was better decided than these. I firmly hope DJT refuses to obey these really stinking “orders” and instead asks congress to impeach and remove these criminal judges ( noting also that it’s Congress’s constitutional powers as well as the presidency’s that are being undermined and usurped by these criminal judicial actions). Let’s see if the RINOs are willing to lose their legislative powers just to “get at the outsider Trump”.

SCOTUS needs to be brought in ASAP.

This is about the authority of the Executive Branch. The courts are legislating from the bench and targeting specifically President Trump’s authority when they did not do so for obozo.

This has to stop. Now.

Congress and the Left-wing courts should tread carefully, otherwise the People might just to withdraw their consent to be governed.

Spam Anthony is a highly respected and angrily defended FR blog pimp.

A couple of weeks ago, his supportive blog pimp bullies coordinated personal attack posts and feigned major ignorance on the entire subject, and bashed anyone who dared to notice, especially me.

Trump won the number of congressional districts by a margin of 25. And he won about 30 states.

I don't think it's correct to say that there will be an impeachment bandwagon that congress will jump on.

Interesting thread. Sorry I missed it. Even freepers are gullible about some things. Even more so after the most recent purge of Cruz supporters last year.

Sean Anthony is basically stealing bandwidth from FR, which jim Robinson seems to allow. I call out SA every time. If Freepers love Canadian Press so much why don’t they go to their website?

The courts' ability to "strike down" anything, as in make laws and EOs null and void is not in the Constitution. The President and Congress has every bit as much right to declare an act, including an act of a judge, unConstitutional as the courts. The proper attitude was Jackson's, to wit, "John Marshall has made his decision, now let him enforce it."

By allowing the USSC (and ultimately this is about the USSC) to definitively and finally pas on a law/EO's Constitutionality, our nation has ultimately granted the judges total power in a dictatorship by small committee.

That can be nullified by a president who stands up to it.

I have to believe now that Trump is playing a longer game with this. Or he, as a businessman, desires the maximum immigration. We shall see.

Then it’s time to put on our big-boy pants and take control. Ostracize these wimps. We know their names and where they live. Sell them no food, no water, no clothing and no electricity.
