CNN, a multi billion dollar corporation, asserts a first amendment right to publish whatever they want but use threats and intimidation to prevent an individual from exercising their constitutionally protected right to publish. Corporate power vs individual right. Would be an interesting case if it could be brought to court. In a more perfect world, the ACLU would be jumping to the individual’s defense.
