Trump Is At Least Changing One Thing in Washington by Rolling Back the Regulatory State

President Trump is at least changing one thing in Washington DC. He is rolling back the regulatory state that has grown and grown over the eight years of the Obama administration. And this is indeed making America great again. Make no mistake.

The Trump administration has claimed that it shelved 860 federal regulations its first six months in office, slowing new rules and finally reducing the government’s role in the economy.

A new report released Thursday morning detailed how the administration has reduced economically reductive regulations by half, dropping by 40 percent other rules that would have had a significant impact. While President Obama imposed regulations to the tune of $6.8 billion in costs to businesses during just the last five months in office, Trump’s White House has reduced costs dramatically imposed by idiotic, redundant, and unnecessary government rules hampering business creation during his barely six months at the helm.

This IS a significant development that doesn’t get enough recognition.

I think gutting the onerous and counterproductive regulations is far more important than ‘tax reform’.

One of the talk shows yesterday (Tom Sullivan?) was asking the audience how they thought President Trump was doing at the 6 month mark. I didn’t call in (probably tape delayed where we are anyway) but, don’t know about the rest of the club, but if not for the dementocrats and their cohorts in crime the gopE obstructors, he’d be doing awesome. But, “they” claim ‘he’ doesn’t want to work with them. Yokay then. If things keep going like they’re “not”, there may be a change in who controls the house and possibly the senate next time around. And, it ain’t that far off. Oh yean, I am uber sick of hearing about the russian thing.

By the mid-terms, not even the sycophants in the media will be able hide all the good news.

The guy who did the plumbing for my kitchen re-do has a plumbing business of his own. He says he’s being strangled with regulations, etc.

Exactly correct!

No one cares about 'tax reform', which the GOP will never get passed in the first place!

With it’s usual sense of wisdom, the California Legislature has passed a new rule/law that states that EVERY single EMPLOYER in the state MUST—no exceptions—MUST attend a seminar on how to treat Transgender employees & what the rights of the Transgender employees are.

I have done bookkeeping for a man who owns his own corporation & is the ONLY employee in the state of Calif. He isn’t hiring ANY other employees...much less a Transgender one. But when this is implemented, he will have to attend such a seminar-—and probably pay a hefty price to boot.

The complete lack of any common sense in California and across other Liberal states is disgusting & amusing at the same time.

BTW—I will bet $5 that O J cannot get a full 5 years on Parole without a violation.

The outfit who gets the business is probably a friend/sponsor of the politician who sponsored this.

“BTW—I will bet $5 that OJ cannot get a full 5 years on Parole without a violation.”

THAT is pretty much a ‘given’.
