Top FBI lawyer and Comey ally under criminal investigation
WND ^ | July 28.2017 | Larry Klayman

Posted on 07/29/2017 6:07:30 PM PDT by iontheball

I had a feeling! And, for better or sometimes worse, I am usually right. The lawsuit that NSA/CIA whistleblower Dennis Montgomery and I filed against former FBI Director James Comey and the intelligence agencies over allegations of illegal and unconstitutional spying against us – as well as millions of Americans including the chief justice of the Supreme Court, other justices, 156 judges, President Trump and his associates and family members – just got bigger and more serious.

As I go into with more depth on my weekly radio show, “Special Prosecutor With Larry Klayman,” which can be found at RadioAmerica.com, Radio America’s blog site, as well as FreedomWatchUSA.org, Comey’s former general counsel at the agency, James A. Baker, has been revealed to have allegedly leaked classified information presumably on behalf of his boss, in violation of various criminal statutes. According to Sara Carter of Circa News (see the below visually embedded appearance on Hannity last Thursday), Baker is now under criminal investigation by the Justice Department.

It now appears there were three crooks at the very top of the FBI during Obozo's reign, Comey, McCabe, and Baker, who destroyed the credibility and reputation of our once respected law enforcement agency.

Sessions, according to the Democrats, is an upstanding, righteous man. What can they say when his justice department goes after Comey and his cronies?

Make an example of them...trial, lined up in front of a ditch due to treason conviction, shoot-shovel-shiite on their grave. Now it is communists 100 million, conservatives 3.

Funny thing...during the confirmation they were calling him every ugly thing they could think of.

They won't say a thing. They would not have been praising him if he would actually go after them. He will likely do nothing.

I hope that is part of the Trump strategy.

Could this be why Graham is so petrified that Trump will replace Sessions. What kind of deal have the criminals made with Sessions that has earned him all this praise, of late, from the dems? They now like Sessions because they think they have fixed it for themselves.

Where is anyone with power to prosecute? These Dems just laugh and continue ripping off the American people.

Thanks for that. I was about to respond with a similar comment. The Dems were trying to do everything in their power to keep him from being confirmed...called him a racist.

That is, as they say, a moot point.

Because Sessions will Never go after Comey and his cronies. If he'd had any intention of doing so, he would have done so. Sessions is a ball-less, toothless, establishment paper tiger. His action- and inaction- over the last 8 months has firmly established that.

What a loser he turned out to be.

I hope and pray the day is coming. If the President will just move Sessions over to Homeland Security and place Andy McCarthy in the DOJ, we will get some action.

Since Sessions recused himself from only the Russian investigation why can’t he limit Mueller from anything beyond the Russian investigation. He still controls the DOJ outside that investigation unless they can PROVE a crime needs investigating in another area and appoints someone other than corrupt Mueller. Can someone explain?

Sheriff Arpaio related ping.

Larry Klayman says Comey’s FBI ally, Baker, newly under criminal investigation for leaking, was the key interface in getting immunity for Dennis Montgomery and gives lots of details in the article on why he thinks Comey and Baker are bad guys.

Of course, with Eric Holder and then Loretta Lynch as AG, no prosecution could go forward against Obama or anyone who acted on his orders.

> “Of course, with Eric Holder and then Loretta Lynch as AG, no prosecution could go forward against Obama or anyone who acted on his orders.”

And even today there is no prosecution. There is no grand jury, no charges, and no official announcement of an investigation.

The President’s AG is a day late and a dollar short. His acting FBI Director is a criminal in the Clinton camp.

As Greg Jarrett and Jay Sekulow state at the end of the video in the link, none of this matters unless you get this in court, and therein lies the problem.

Sadly, a political problem has arisen. A huge number of two-time Obama voters delivered the upper Midwest to Trump!

Does Trump and his political team want to resurrect to Obama illegitimacy in his first term and risk offending these voters before he gets re-elected in 2020?

Maybe it might be best to wait until 2021 to turn Sessions loose on this.

On the other hand, once Sheriff Arpaio’s little court case gets cleared up and the new extensive “shocking evidence” Zullo keeps hinting at gets revealed, maybe there will be a push by the public for action against Obama in Congress for hearings and a broader investigation by Trump and Sessions.

Prosecuting the corrupt cabal of Clinton cannot wait until 2020 or 2021. There are statutes of limitations coming up. As Judge Janine so emphatically said, Clinton must be brought forward to a grand jury IMMEDIATELY.

The upper Midwest will stay with Trump because Trump is genuinely blue-collar. As a teenager and young man his father made him work his butt off and to treat all the workers with respect. He even had to clean toilets in apartments his father was renovating while his college buddies partied on the weekends.

So our blue collar brothers and sisters know the real deal when they see it. And they don’t like Hillary or any of that disgusting cabal of criminals and cheats.

Sessions is in over his head. He was good as a Senator but a disaster as AG. He should never have accepted the job and when he thought to recuse himself he should have promptly resigned so that the President could get someone who was unencumbered with no baggage. If that had happened, there would be no Mueller today working to form a grand jury to find even the smallest thing wrong with a duly elected President.
