Of course we'll never see those prices again, but I pine for a time when I can shoot 100 rounds for $2.00. Right now, most .22LR I find is about $3.50 or more for just 50 rounds. :-(
I miss being able to afford to shoot a brick or more of .22LR over a weekend. Hopefully this will help bring prices down to a more reasonable level.

Prices should come down to 10% over what production, shipping and wholesale markups come to.
That should be down around 2-3 cents a round, at least on sale.
I predict you will be able to find bulk .22 at 4 cents a round or less by October, 2017.
