While President Donald Trump has vowed that United States authorities will “destroy” the gang MS-13 as part of his crackdown on crime, the Sacramento City Council voted unanimously last week to pay gang members $1.5 Million to not kill people.
The controversial program the city plans to adopt, Advance Peace, claims it “interrupts gun violence in U.S. urban neighborhoods by providing transformational opportunities” to gang members involved in weapons offenses… paying them not to terrorize and kill people.

About as stupid as the American Congress was, which voted in 1964 to pass Lyndon (Creepy Democrat) Johnson's "Great Society" program a/k/a the Civil Rights Act. The CRA was nothing if not the door opener to "affirmative action set-asides" and the redistribution of massive amounts of taxpayer dollars as appeasement money to Blacks, in exchange for 12 percent of the population's agreement to stop looting and burning American cities. Of course the payments haven't stopped yet. Victim pays bully to please stop hitting him. Has it worked? You tell me. Fifty years of payoffs later we get Black Lives Matter, white male dog-walkers getting shot in the back on our streets, and academia telling us being born White is a racist act of privilege.
Really a bad idea. A real misuse of taxpayer money.

Old Italian Mafia ploy; many small business owners in big city USA sometimes get the crap beat out of them in order to get their attention by local gangsters and then receive threats of their businesses getting burned down if they don’t pay extortion to the gangsters. The Sacramento Appeasers are now paying the gangsters without experiencing the ass whooping first. This policy isn’t just insane, it is as STUPID as any government policy can get. Liberal democrats are now clearly anti American, thus anti American citizen. All libterd politicians, their overlords and their street thugs really do need an attitude adjustment.

A prior Los Angeles Mayor did a similar thing. Paid the Crips & Bloods lots of money to quit fighting each other. They turned in guns that were junk & used the money to buy better guns & more ammo.
The gangs laughed at the Mayor & the taxpayers for months. The gang fighting didn’t stop.....

Sorry, no drivers needed. You should know by now from all the TV shows that Cereal Killers are between 55-95, preferred weapon is a sword cane and solo operators of their own wheelchairs.
