This was tweeted yesterday night to #realDonaldTrump. The point being to see if he's interested in speaking up for this kind of thing.

We’ve had some ideas for medleys as well, for example prefacing the song with “America the Beautiful” or including strains of other classic patriotic songs in the accompaniment.

The idea for this song was originally suggested in late 2016 by ASCAP to Ronnie (a gospel music contest first place champion out of 50 contenders at ASCAP in 2015) but ASCAP’s political concerns resulted in our having to promote this song ourselves. Personally I think that’s a shame, since the song itself isn’t tied to any politician. But to make lemonade out of a lemon situation, I’d like to see some BMI country artists approached with this song. (Hey Charlie Daniels, I am sure you could do better than my keyboard violin here!)
