I don’t see where you advise Dems how to save their party. Which is a good thing. We don’t need anybody telling them what better lies to tell. I like how this is going right now.
They should move to Red China—birds of a feather flock together.

Apparently not, as he never uttered the cure. The cure of course is to abandon globalism. The Democrats would ignore that advice regardless as they rely to much on the globalists. Without them they would not only be morally, spiritually, and intellectually bankruptcy. The bankruptcy would also be monetarily.

The problem with your analysis is this: if the left were to take their head out of the sand, they would (will) come to the conclusion that there is no way to save their coalition. The left is a coalition of groups that have very little in common with each other, and, in many cases, despise each other. There have been two critical components in their rise to power. First, Barack Obama was someone that every group in the clown car we call the Democrats, saw as theirs (blacks, hispanics, feminists, gays). Second, after Ronald Reagan, the Republican Wing of the Democrat Party solidified control over the Republican Party as a whole, meaning that they had essentially neutered any potential opposition to the left.
The problem now, is that their coalition is collapsing, and, secondly, the thing that the left relied upon (the infiltration of the Republican party by members of the left’s coalition), is in very real jeopardy. The Republican Wing of the Democratic Party had no choice but to put their cards on the table, and they failed (barring some unforeseen, and real, scandal, which would put either the 25th or impeachment back on the table).
Absent a compliant Republican wing, the left’s coalition is simply too small, too fragmented, and too regional to have any real potential for resurgence, no matter how often they glance at their navels. The left has two basic choices: capitulate, and go back to fighting over scraps; or, second, push for impeachment/25th regardless of political cost. But the second option cannot occur if the Republican Wing of the Democratic Party capitulates. And that appears to be what they are doing.
So the left can do or say whatever they want. They are getting politically trounced, and there is nothing that they can do about it. The 2018 midterms will be a resounding Trump victory, and the 2020’s will follow in a similar manner. The Republican Wing of the Democrat Party will shrink, over time, and the rest of the Democratic Party will fight each other like the orcs they are.
The plan was to flood the country will illegals who would prop up the power of ‘corrupt liberal elites’ for decades. It's why they don't have any ideas for American citizens - their plan was ‘corrupt jerks stay in power with the help of 3rd world illegals and paid thugs’.
Sound familiar? It' should - Democrats have devolved into totalitarians.
They've got the ‘rent a mob’ trick down, violent thugs lined up - and the ‘elites’ (who would profit on the backs of working Americans) are ready for the gravy days. Yes, Soros and sons and thousands of liberal elites in DC and five of the wealthiest ZIP codes clustered around DC will do VERY well.. as will EU jerks with their 5 hour lunches... and 'globalists' who would love to live off the fat of our land..

There's no reason to attempt to save Democrats.. look at them - look at their tactics...look at their lack of ideas... and ask yourself THE QUESTION - who are they attempting to help other than themselves and the criminal underclass that props them up? Anything good about Demcorats died years ago...

The Dem party is a festering pustule of liberal insanity. It is comprised of ANY anti-America sub group and embraced for their perspective ... making the leadership of that party just political whores with no fundamental values. Let the smelly cesspool come to its deserved end.
Why in the hell would you want to help save this immoral, treasonous, vile POS political party from anything but utterly deserved destruction?

My apologies for the article being convoluted.
1) Regardless of approach taken by Democratic voters, the party dies.
2) If voters demand an agenda be named (exposing their interests), the party dies.
3) If voters disagree with that agenda and demand democratic values that are more mainstream (unlikely), they must vote out most of their representavies. (Drain the swamp)
4) Either the party adopts conservative values or dies.
Bottom line - the headline was rhetorical, their is no saving the Democratic party. I only wanted to point out the reasoning that the party dies regardless of steps taken by voters.
