With all the memos and hot hair flying around these days in Washington DC, one word that has been noticeably absent is the word SEDITION.
According to our laws, Seditious conspiracy occurs when two or more persons conspire to overthrow, put down or to destroy by force the government of the United States and those found guilty shall be fined and/or imprisoned up to 20 years. As defined by Webster’s Dictionary, Sedition is incitement of resistance to, or insurrection against, lawful authority.
Who “should” be indicted?
Everyone responsible for allowing the Kenyanesian Usurpation to happen.
Who will be indicted?
Probably nobody, because almost everyone in DC was complicit.

Sedition would be if some domestic terrorist group or Sanctuary City Government, of Antifa, etc. were to conspire to overthrow, etc.
Sedition is a high crime but still less than TREASON.

The DOJ and FBI persons caught in this attempted soft Coup d’Etat, a de facto act of war, took an OATH (https://www2.fbi.gov/publications/leb/2009/september2009/oath.htm) and that OATH puts them squarely into the category of persons owing allegiance to the United States.

No, you misread the statute. It says:
§2384. Seditious conspiracy If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow
The PLACE is subject to the jurisdiction, not necessarily the people. Treason appears to be concerned with a foreign enemy, whereas sedition concerns those who are in the USA or other place that is subject to the USA jurisdiction.
So, what these people are apparently guilty of is Seditious Conspiracy, not Treason.
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.
The legal challenge will be steep. The other thing is unless a state can file a charge and convict, they will all be pardoned when a Rat gets elected. So......what states are they from???????

Overthrowing a duly elected President by entrapment or by any means is an act of war as the President is an office which constitutes the federal government executive branch.
Those bad actors swearing an OATH of allegiance who conspired to overthrow the government via a soft coup are guilty of BOTH Sedition and Treason.
Those who swore no such OATH but who are subject to the jurisdiction of the US only are guilty of Sedition.
