Lyme disease?

If your white blood cell count is high there is something going on.

is it possible you’re being poisoned? not being facetious; just need to consider it when all other reasons are ruled out.

The other thing I’ll mention is that is sounds like adrenal fatigue, which can wreak havoc on your thyroid. Being cold like that is a symptom of underactive thyroid/low cortisol

I’m no doctor, but I play one on the Internet. Sounds like food poisoning.

High white cell counts point to infection which can exist with other conditions. Might ask to have them check your thyroid function.

If the time between your bouts is about the same duration, it could be a parasite.

Stool test should show.

You may be getting colds or flu or some other infections that your immune system is fighting off before they actually break out.

Or, you might have something seriously wrong with you. I think if I were your quack I might like to order some more tests.

Plug in your symptoms into a search engine. My daughter did this after some bouts of kidney stones and found there was a doctor in FL who was an expert in this field and in a few days she was on her way to FL and he removed a tumor from her parathyroid, I think. She’s been fine ever since but her local doctor was missing it. Good luck.

Dehydration and mineral deficiency, perhaps at the same time or cyclically depending on your activity level. Can get serious chills (esp in winter) without proper hydration- body migrates the hydration away from the outside and the limbs to preserve core temperature.

Does this happen after you’ve eaten, is there any rhyme or reason to when this comes on? You said you threw up the first time. How about the other two times, any nausea or vomiting?

That aside, first thing that crossed my mind was Lyme disease, which can manifest in all manner of weird ways, need to get on it quick with a strong course of antibiotics if so.

High wbc means infection and/or something unpleasant like cancer.

I would start beefing up suplements that strengthen your immune system, like astragalus, ashwaganda, ginseng, turmeric, cinnamon, garlic/allicin, echinacea, goldenseal, vitamin c, d, k2, magnesium, all b vitamins, plus antioxidants like coq10, resveratrol, and NAC.
