I think that Sessions should fire McCabe right away. That way McCabe won’t be eligible to get a government pension right away (at age 50) but will have to wait until his normal retirement age (a long time).
However, if McCabe later FULLY cooperates with criminal investigations into the Mueller/Comey/Rosenstein/Lynch/Clinton/Holder/Obama criminal enterprises and their various co-conspirators then he can be technically “rehired” for a very short period after which he can go out on an immediate retirement.
I heartily recommend that Mr. McCabe fire Sessions!
Surely, McCabe can talk Rubenstein into it.

Unless he agrees to be deposed prior to Sunday, and states who all the conspirators were, all of the witnesses, where all the evidence is, and asserts that it was in fact, a coup against a sitting president.

Prosecute him and drain his every last asset into nothingness like the DOJ does to we the people for fractional crimes of same. Let him bleed his pension into the waiting buckets of defense attorneys for decades to come.
Part A: In this case, does Rosenstein have anything to do with this, in that this is an HR issue, and not an ‘investigation’ issue?
Part B: Will Sessions have the balls to be so bold as to compel McCabe to become state’s witness in exchange for keeping his pension and NOT going to jail?
Part C: I have long believed that Sessions is somehow tangled up in something himself that he does not want to be revealed.
Part D: I don’t have faith in Sessions....but am hoping that his recalcitrance will be revealed to be part of Tump’s Kabuki theater in order to throw off the Black Hats....but I don’t think that this will end up being the case.

Anywhere else in the employer/employee community, the (bad) acts of Andy McCabe would have resulted in instant termination.

Trump should fire Sessions if he doesn’t fire McCabe. It may be the excuse he has been looking for.

Never going to happen. No one in DC is ever held accountable. What congress, sessions and the deep state are doing to Trump, his family and his supporters is sending a message. If you break into government from the outside, you, your family and anyone that supports you will be destroyed.
