Absolutely disgusting. Clinton probably as good as murdered the man. Apart from this missed opportunity, I suspect there are many other would be defectors who saw what happened to this guy and reconsidered their own plans out of fear of being betrayed by the US government and handed straight back to the regime they escaped from.
