It was reported this morning that he will reluctantly sign it.
I think this current budget, thanks to quislings Ryan and McConnell, may only fund as little as 30 miles.

I think he bashes pubs more because they betrayed their base more then the rats.
We listened, thought and agreed with their promises. Today we got a big FU and we noticed.
I don’t always agree with the pub establishment (not much at all lately other than the Freedom Caucus) but I think Paul calls out the slime, sometimes. (Sometimes I just go UHHH and what the heck.)
Bottom line I really think he’s sticking up for us more than most.
