Whatever laws are passed to raise the age for gun possession and purchase MUST also increase the age for abortion, purchase tobacco products, consensual sex, age of consent of for pornography, joining the US Military and be able to utilize a REAL ASSUALT RIFLE, and on and on.

HOW is it Constitutional to impose a higher age requirement for the 2nd Amendment then for these than for these other consents? The 2nd Amendment is a Constitutionally stated right that is GOD given. This right does NOT come from the US Gov. 2A specifically states it shall NOT be INFRINGED.

Sorry Rick Scott you're very wrong in signing that recent age law in FL and SCOTUS will shoot you down and the NRA will be the "evil" winner, in the words of the media.
