Comey worked as an attorney for the Southern District of New York prosecutor’s office. That’s the same office that filed the warrant for Cohen. You want to talk about collusion?
Because of Comey's "money background" while at the FBI, I'd say the Cohen "shake down" came directly from him. Money, fraud etc is Comey's forte.
And don't forget...he got Martha Stewart on "lying" to the FBI.
