Really? Of course Trump’s Administration is not going to engage in such extortion. But do you have a link to a story where a Hussein/Holder/Lynch era “settlement” with a private entity which included such a corrupt diversion, had the private entity ordered to NOT MAKE THE OBAMA DOJ ORDERED EXTORTION PAYMENT? Or are those Obama DOJ ordered payments still proceeding?
Face it. Such ways are the brass ring of success in Washington D.C.. Most in government are envious and are lined up to skim their own cut. That's what lobbyists do.

The money flow will begin again as soon as there is a Democrat POTUS. Congress needs to legislate a law requiring all funds collected from lawsuit settlements or regulatory action be deposited in the treasury general fund to be used for debt repayment. Don’t hold your breath though. Ryan and McConnell aren’t going to support any legislation limiting government slush funds.
