Fox News’ Shepard Smith made a point to clarify his guest’s reporting on President Donald Trump’s decision Tuesday to violate the Iran nuclear deal and withdraw the United States from the landmark foreign policy agreement.
When speaking with Gordon Chang, an author and foreign affairs journalist who regularly contributes to Fox News, Smith interrupted him when he said Trump and “gotten out of the Iran deal.”
“You can’t really get out of the Iran deal, though,” Smith said. “There’s no provision from that. You can make a decision to now violate the terms of the deal that you were a party to, but ‘pulling out’ is a bit of a misnomer.”(continued)

It’s not a treaty. That’s why they keep calling it a “deal” or an “agreement”.
If it’s not a treaty, then there is nothing formalized, and nothing to violate. It was basically a promise that Obama made, and Obama ain’t around anymore. Iran can go whine to him about it.
Sheppie is an ignorant person, the president that signed the “deal” is an anti-American. If that anti-American wanted a permanent deal it would have to be a treaty and the U.S. Senate has to confirm it with 2/3 vote.

This was a “personal” deal made by Barrack Obama with the Iranians. It ceased to exist when Obama was removed from office. If it was to be “permanent” it would have been ratified by the Senate IAW the U.S. Constitution.
