The most amazing President ever - but not for the reason you're probably thinking

The more I think about it, the more I admire Donald Trump. It's probably not for what you're thinking. It's not simply that he's roused a moribund economy. It's not that he's boosted consumer confidence. It's not the multitude of conservative judges he's installing. Sean Hannitty complied a list of Trump accomplishments. You can see them here. From Rasmussen Reports:

Tax Cuts and Jobs Act

Repealed Individual Mandate

Justice Neil Gorsuch

ANWR

Set Record for First-Year Judicial Appointments to Federal Appellate Courts

Historic Reduction in Illegal Immigration

Crushing ISIS Caliphate

Deregulation: Rolling Back the Militant Administrative State

More are at the link. More here. Trump is actually recognizing Jerusalem as the capital of Israel after his predecessors promised and failed. He presided over the capture of the top five ISIS leaders. He's even got CNN to reluctantly admit the country is going in the right direction as his poll numbers rise.

Trump got three Americans released by North Korea in return for nothing while obama could not even secure the release of Americans from Iran despite paying them billions.

It's not any of that.

The most remarkable thing Trump has done is survive.

Barack Obama brought to bear the entire weight of the United States intelligence community against Trump. Obama and his cohorts did everything they could possibly think of to prevent Trump from being elected and then to ruin him in office.

Brennan and Strzok set traps for Trump staff

https://twitter.com/paulsperry_/status/994981427044372480

Obama set rules to allow the widest dispersion of classified information or gossip on Trump to be spread around government agencies.

Hillary Clinton and the DNC paid for a fabricated dossier.

John McCain, not knowing whether or not it was trash, handed it to the FBI.

Comey, Susan Rice, Sally Yates (who set up Flynn), obama and biden meet to set up Trump - to let him know they have dirt on him.

Comey refused to inform Trump of the source of the dossier and who paid for it.

Trump private conversations were leaked, transcripts and all. No one at the FBI seems interested in who leaked them.

Michael Flynn's conversation with Kislyak was leaked.

Here's another look at that last reason in the list...

Donald Trump was Divinely inspired to run for President. He has the Lord’s favor and the support of the People. I believe future historians will look back at this time and say of President Trump that he was the greatest president, that he led a peaceful revolution to restore the country, the Constitution, and America.

As the man who put our embassy in Jerusalem I figure a very great hand indeed made sure he'd survived.

Something pastor said in church today triggered an avalanche of thought about Jerusalem.

I remember voting "no" (the only one) for a school board policy denouncing bullying and establishing a slew of consequences for what could be considered a bullying tactic.

My reasoning was that there were three positions one could be in;

you're a bully
you're being bullied or
you're the savior of the kid being bullied.

I further explained that on my opinion, every one of those positions taught life lessons and that by establishing a bullying policy, the school was just adding more rules and regulations to an environment that had already exceeded beyond education and was more interested in re-engineering the thought processes of young children away from traditional home and church values towards a more co0ntrollable socialist thought process.

Yeah, right ... THAT went over like a lead balloon, but I did say it.

Today, Pastor started with G W Bush and through to obama, stating that every ONE of them had at one time or another promised to move the American embassy to Jerusalem but for political reasons, never did it.

And I thought; "What were those political reasons?"

And concluded, they were the political policies that had established various lines that heretofore were not crossed ... We'd insult the Palestinians, we would cause civil war, we would be hated by the Arab world .... whatever.

And I thought back to that school board vote and decided, President Trump is not a bully nor can BE bullied, so he said Jerusalem was the capital of Israel and built the American embassy there in record time and I suspect under budget.

The concept of the rules to prevent bullying translated into a political world is meant to stifle free men from being free and men.

THAT'S what happened in church today.

Thanks to President Cyrus.

Thanks! Very interesting. Afaik bullying didn’t become a serious problem until we removed God from the classroom. Who could have seen that coming.

There aren’t 2 people in Washington, and any in NYC business, who could withstand the onslaught that Trump has had thrown at him, and yet they can’t get anything on him. He must have been a saint all these years, because even if he structured things cleverly but pushing the envelope, or if he took a dodgy deduction, or accepted money from sketchy foreigners, or failed to report cash, or anything, he would be skewered for it. That they have nothing after all this says much. Stormy Daniels? Give me a break.

Bullying became a big problem when we stopped teaching boys how to become men.

I think the major reason the Political/Media class cannot understand Trump is Trump is outcome focused. He doesn't care how he gets to the goal as long as he gets there.

The Political/Media class for the last 40 years has been totally image focused. They are more worried about the image and the style then the substance.

He was not a saint. He was simply himself instead of a false persona - and he was so on the public stage for decades.

Donald Trump was Divinely inspired to run for President.

While I certainly believe that God is the author of every iota of history, I shudder to hear anyone say anything but the Word of God is "Divinely inspired."

John 1:1
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

Are you saying that a person cannot be Divinely inspired? Are you saying that God no longer speaks?
I think saying the word of God is Divinely inspired implies there's a God above God. It's like saying Theophilus inspired Theophilus to write... It doesn't make sense.
