Something about that language seems to have irked Sullivan, prompting him to call in lawyers for both sides, plus the defendant. "Mr. Flynn is directed to attend," the judge's brief order said.

Flynn walks.

If he’s convicted of ANYTHING, President Trump needs to meet him on his way to prison with a PARDON IN HAND!

Enough! Americans have had enough!

Once he is sentenced, they can no longer offer him a get out of jail card for making up stuff on Trump. This is why they keep delaying the sentencing hearing. Perhaps the judge is fed up.

This is a farce. Send a platoon of Marines to the courtroom and tell Mueller his authority is not recognized.

We can rock ‘n roll from there.

I hope Mueller’s team continues to withhold exculpatory evidence under claims of national security. That ought to piss the judge off

The underpinnings of this investigation create far more questions than they answer.....

The government (to include Mueller) have an ethical and legal obligation to provide Flynn and his defense any evidence or information that is exculpatory in nature. This would include the rumors of altered 302’s, contradictory statements about wether the agents believed he lied, and even the basis of the information they used to show he lied (if he was illegally unmasked). On top of that, it appears that Flynn was set up based on an unmasked conversation he had with the Russian ambassador. We know reliably that he had just met with the agents the day before regarding background checks for incoming staff and he believed the second meeting was for the same purpose - i.e. - he was trying to be helpful NOT knowing they were investigating him for a statute that HAS NEVER been charged before - a Logan Act violation.

We know Flynn was unmasked because the compartmented TOP SECRET transcript was leaked by somebody to the media!

If Flynn were to appeal the conviction on the underlying charge he would win it easily. The statute says a citizen of the U.S. - the incoming security head of an administration in transition is not a mere citizen. He is the representative and assumes the authority of the President Elect. This was the crime he allegedly lied about.

Compare the two....

Flynn - the incoming security chief for the Trump administration in the transition talking to the Russian Ambassador

John Kerry - the ex-Sec of State who has no authority at all meeting in secret with the Iranian Government telling them to go to the Europeans to fight Trump

On the common sense scale...... which of these two events violates the Logan Act?

his lobbying during the presidential transition on a United Nations resolution critical of Israel

They went out of their way to avoid saying Flynn lobbied against John Kerry's anti-Israel UN resolution. Meanwhile Kerry escapes criticism for his obnoxious collusion with Hamas.

“Robert Mueller’s office is almost-but-not-quite ready to set a sentencing date for former Trump national security adviser Michael Flynn”

Since when does the prosecutor set a sentencing date. The Judge sets that and the prosecutor has to be ready.
Of course, I’m probably not understanding how political trials work.

It is a farce, and if Trump is half the man I thought he was, he needs to pardon Flynn.

Mueller shouldn’t be fired, he should be arrested. He and his band of Clintoon idiots are out of control.

As I have said from the beginning, Flynn’s lead attorney Robert Kelner is not working for Gen. Flynn; he is working with Mueller to screw over General Flynn.

Kelner is maximizing his fees and help Mueller put the screws to Flynn. The statute Flynn allegedly violated has never before been prosecuted after about 100 years of being on the books, and the FBI said Flynn didn’t lie.

Kelner could have had this case dismissed in a month or two with very little money spent.
