The best way to get them is at Puritan.com and get a big enough supply that you get free shipping. I keep mine in a tiny refrigerator in the garage. If you have flu when you start, take 900 iu per pound of body weight all at once. I started that way as did my daughter and wife. All of us were done with that flu in 7-8 hours.
