Glenn Reynolds has an ongoing gag line: The left is really going to hate living under the new rules they’ve created.”

In this case it’s their in-kind special interest group replacement policy: a woman is to be replace with a woman, a black man with another black man, etc.. Otherwise you’re losing the increasingly tortuous game of affirmative action.

So if you don’t like the newly named Supreme Court nominee – and I note that loud portions of the Left have already assembled with their unhinged flock to scream at the waning moon with pre-printed signs opposing Justice Kavanaugh’s appointment -

don’t blame President Trump; he isn’t the one who wrote the Liberals Little Guide to Entitlements Handbook.  Someone else did that. So if an Irishman vacates a seat, he must be replaced by another Irishman. Farewell Justice Kennedy, hello Justice Kavanaugh.

Don’t cry, boys – they’re your rules.

Side note: only in Hollywood could you get away with having two wops playing a couple of Mick mobsters. Hollywood: home of the enduring values of abortion, gay marriage, and deep seated hatred for conservatives.

The angry mobsters are not going to be happy.

Thank you Andrew Breitbart. Thank you President Trump.

The pre-printed signs are a nice touch indeed!

Well done!

But the real Democrat rule is to replace every man with a feminist, and remember the extents of nastiness in the feminist opposition against the confirmation of Justice Clarence Thomas.

"The pre-printed signs are a nice touch indeed!"

It's the hallmark of a spontaneous demonstration.

It would be interesting to know what they did with the signs for the other candidates.

I can see them running around trying to make sure everybody had the correct sign.

“I can see them running around trying to make sure everybody had the correct sign.”

At Gorsuch’s nomination, the name was blank and they wrote it in with a Sharpie when the announcement was made.

I thought you might find this interesting...I have had some experience counter protesting across from Leftists, and over the years, have noticed a significant difference in the way we as conservatives construct and display our signs and symbols, and the way that Leftists do.

What I have notices is that Leftists are so intellectually brain dead they cannot come up with an individually conceived idea or slogan. After all these years, when you see liberals get together, someone has to print their signs for them. They still chant the same chants such as "Hey, hey, Ho, Ho, blah blah blah blah has to go!" and so on.

I have been to a fair number of demonstrations, and have noticed the stark difference in the way participants on both sides express themselves through both in-demonstration behavior, and the signs carried to express their point of view.

I took the time to document it a couple of years ago as shown below. I took two pictures, one showing a large gathering of liberals, and one showing a large gathering of conservatives.

Here is an example of what the liberal protesters carry when they want to make a point. This analysis was from the Antiwar protesters at The Gathering of Eagles on March 17, 2007. What you see in this picture is absolutely, 100% TYPICAL.

Here is an example of what the conservative protesters carry when THEY want to make a point. This analysis was from the Taxpayer March on Washington on 9/12/2009. What you see in this picture is absolutely, 100% TYPICAL.

Conservatives not only show wit and originality in the content of the materials they use to express themselves, but also spend time making them both readable and legible. They take pride in their handiwork, and they can do this because they have a deeper understanding of the issue at hand.

Liberals often have mass printed signs that lack originality and wit in an attempt to ensure everyone has a sign (created by someone else) that says something that the "someone else" want them to express. When you see liberals carrying their own handmade signs, they often look like this, poorly lettered and shallow in content:

I have seen this contrast over and over again. What I have concluded from this is that while liberals may have some form of conviction about a subject, it is because they want to believe something they have been told without thinking it through. Most of them have an "understanding" of an issue that is a foot wide and a fraction of an inch deep. They will doggedly stay within that framework regardless of facts and logic, and their expression of that viewpoint in their signs and banners illustrates a lack of depth, understanding and originality.

They are just saving them for President Trump’s next SCOTUS nomination. :)
