President Trump is considering pulling the Security Clearances from several highly political talking heads who are out to get the President. John Brennan, James Comey, James Clapper, Susan Rice and Michael Hayden were specifically mentioned by Press Secretary Sarah Sanders.
Sen. Rand Paul is urging Trump to remove the Security Clearance of John Brennan. These guys have monetized their security clearance by working for TV Networks while still having access to Classified Information. . . .
Should’ve been done a long time ago.
Should have yanked their security clearance as they walked out the door.

Considering? The moment they left govt they should have been removed.

All former employees should have their security clearances removed once they become private citizens. Why on earth would they need them?

A lot of people go straight from retirement/resignation into a private sector job where they need the clearance. In many cases, it takes a lot of time to start the whole process over.
So they can still speak with and give advice to their successors. At least, that’s the reason given by NBC.
I could go with that for a month or two.....but, after that? Hell no.
Also, back in my day, in trying to get a security clearance, if you even had a casual friend who was a communist, they would look very closely at you, and it could be used to deny you even a "Confidential" (the lowest level of security clearance). And yet Brennan, who is an actual Communist Party voter (and a Muslim Convert, but that´s a whole different story) gets the highest level of clearances, and gets to be head of the CIA.

If Rand Paul keeps this up he’s going to make me like the guy lol. Wasn’t my favorite during the 2016 primaries but at least he has an agenda other than spite unlike some of our other so called friends like Ben Sasse and Jeff Flake.

Why does anyone who is no longer with the government still getting Top Secret info? All FORMER employees should have their clearances revoked.
