We live in an age of unbridled white id.
Many days it is anything goes, baby, from the White House to the baseball stands; objecting often draws a scornful wave of the hand and a lecture on political correctness.
The latest eruption comes courtesy of Josh Hader, a 24-year-old white relief pitcher with a smoking fastball and a Twitter account filled with hideous thoughts typed when he was 17 and 18. A Hader sampler: “White Power, lol” (with an emoji of a clenched fist), “KKK,” and “I hate gay people.” He also used that vilest of words for black people.
This all came to light as Hader pitched in the All-Star Game last week. After the game, he mumbled something about being influenced by rap lyrics. Then he abandoned that tack and began apologizing profusely. “I was 17 years old, and as a child I was immature,” he said, “and obviously I said some things that were inexcusable.”

Can we then safely say that basketball and football, to applause, show their “blackness”?

I was watching a conservative political semi-comedian from fox this morning on youtube. He told of a speech he was giving and there were loud protesters there.
He started with this comment and the reaction is very telling: “America has three problems: The woman, the negro and the jew.”
Even the protesters went completely silent when he sounded like he espoused exactly what they claim he espouses.
Of course, he went on to explain the absurdity of the remark, but the point was made. No, he’s not the monster they say he is and even they know it.
Leave it to the Slimes to find one little incident of white prejudice in sports. That happened 20 years ago.
While ignoring the daily onslaught of racist and bigoted actions of NFL players.
The Buffalo Bills drafted a kid out of college, Josh Allen, who, as a 14 year-old, quoted some gangster rap lyrics to his friends on Twitter. It included the typical degenerate rap garbage about “niggers” and “whores” etc...
Of course, when he was drafted, someone found those old messages and for a 24 hour news-cycle, he was bashed for his “racism.”
Until blacks stop using that word themselves I don’t want to hear them whine about the use of the N word from other races. Looks like the NYT fired the first shots to signal the next lefty shakedown of corporate America- Major League Baseball!
Luke Cage is a popular Netflix series. A real study on urban black culture. They use the n-word every other sentence. But then again, only blacks use it. Go figure!
And the NYT shows its racism.
This anti-racist movement has as much traction as the anti-Jew movement had in Nazi Germany.
Have these people watched a baseball game, say in the past 30 years?
Look at the names on most MLB rosters. Many end with “-ez”.

When I was 17 I thought the Socialist Labor Party had it all 100% right. I had a friend whose dad, whom I liked very much, was a big SLP supporter. Ironically he was a small business owner so I have NO idea where he got the idea the State should do all commerce.
Anyway I was a standard child that way. Then I started to work and saw the mugging I got on my check (before that I worked for my dad so no taxes).
That was that.
The point is at 17 we are almost all idiots.
I’ve heard a few stories in recent years, often in conjunction with celebrating Jackie Robinson, that the percentage of black baseball players has really declined a lot in recent years.
And the liberals who write such stories lament that decline.
so perhaps they will say that baseball is somehow racist now. See where they go with this.
Anecdotal evidence is that there are far more players from Latin America and the far east than we saw in previous decades. That could be part of the reason for decline in black players.
Best to stay away from Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc etc. I avoid that crap like the plague.
