Let me know what you think.

I think I'd like to have someone come over to make each one of these!

Maybe it’s because I’m hungry...but every one of those looked good. Kimchi Potato Pancakes...give me four of those and call it a meal.

Went to the Korean grocer yesterday and got frozen bulgogi and cooked it up on the stove top. Still have kimchee leftover.

Bought the bean sprout salad already made.

We actually had Korean take-out last night and leftovers today. Only do that once a month due to low money.

As a side dish, got bibimbap vegetables with the barbeque sauce and cooked them in a separate skillet. Didn’t make any rice. A full meal with hardly any carbs.

My taste buds thank for the link. Not had basic Korean chow - kimchee & bulgogi - in a good while. To improve failing recamemory, a tasty side of scallion pancakes - pa jeon - might be just what the chef ordered!

anything can be called Korean/Japanese/Chinese food as long as you add soy, rice and vegetables no natural-born American could identify

Vegan? I'm sorry. Mebbe things will get better..

Meanwhile...
We had homemade pork fried rice with some hog butt I killed at the hunt club last year. Smoked it this past Sunday and been making lots of dishes. For lunch it was thinly sliced sow ham browned in the DuBuyer with butter & garlic. Made a "redneck gyro" with lettuce and tzatziki sauce.

.

Vegan.. knock yerself out. d;^)

Oddly that one fried tofu dish looks savory.

Thanks for the ping.

My favorite part of the Korean restaurant is all the fresh little side-dish ‘banchan’.
