Baseball, from the 1940s, is a great story with the admission of Jackie Robinson to the major leagues. It was the right thing to do, and everybody knew it almost immediately. The color line was stupid and it was good to break the color line.
In contrast, today most professional sports seem to be largely about “White people suck” and secondarily “I hope we win”.
I no longer watch professional sports. I do occasionally attend minor league ball games. Basketball? Are you kidding?? It’s thug ball.
And so many other things are now like that — White people? Villains. Black people? Heroes. It’s pure racism and I don’t tolerate racism. I don’t know how it ends, but the race situation in this country was a hell of a lot better 30 years ago.

We are going to wind up with a White Peoples’ Party. At some point the Republicans should call their party that with no exclusivity as to race or skin tone at all but based on the principles of the European immigrants of the 16th through 19th centuries as expressed unabashedly in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution.
It’s not going to end as long as one side still has a knee-jerk reaction to what the other side says, or does.
It’s like the radio “shock jocks” of the ‘60’s, saying outrageous things to elicit attention and reaction from their audiences. They want to be listened to and remembered...for “something”, no matter what.
If it’s one thing people like, it’s being the center of attention - hogging the spotlight (and the camera), and allowed to run on and on about their subject of obsession. But, will they listen to you? No!
They rant, they yell, they filibuster, and they eventually name-call, and threaten violence...all for attention, and power, over you.
If one side doesn’t care what the other side calls them, or says about them, then the side doing the yelling is totally powerless over them. But, given that scenario, side one gets “enraged” because of the inability to control side two.
So, the status quo will continue; the government over time has succeeded in trading “special rights” to certain groups in exchange for votes. But the more you feed the bears, the more handicapped the bears become to feed themselves.
Look at liberal cities and states...so long as their is an ample flow of Federal money, they are ok...but as soon as those funds are strewn to the wind due to graft, mismanagement, and expensive programs, they fall apart.
The problem stems from relying on quotas to fix the problems, when competence is really the only sure way out of their situation.
So, as long as cursive, mathematics, etc., are considered as, “being white”, I guess it’s going to take those who are competent in writing, math, engineering and innovation to fix the problems and save the cities.
It’s the difference between getting a job, or, just breaking open the piggy bank and have a spending spree until it’s all gone. Take the obamas for instance, they never wanted to help America, they just wanted to be heroes, and live high, wide, and handsome from the government “piggy bank”.
We’re at the point where group power dynamics have become the most important aspect of politics. This is something modern Americans don’t much understand, because it hasn’t been relevant in the US for a long time, really since the Civil War itself. The US is in a position where the previous demographic majority is steadily shrinking into a plurality, which is setting off a series of power struggles among (and with) other groups. This has happened many times in many places around the world, and the US not immune. Demographic shifts are often accompanied by instability or even state disintegration.
1. President Trump is attending a rally in Ohio tonight to campaign for the GOP candidate in a closely-contested special House election.
2. Lebron James just opted out of his contract with the Cleveland Cavaliers and signed with the Los Angeles Lakers as a free agent.
3. A lot of sports fans in Ohio probably have nothing nice to say about Lebron James right now.
4. In politics, who gives a damn about Los Angeles sports fans?

The solution is simple but impossible. Go back in time and somehow make sure Hussein is never elected. He set racial relations back 30-50 years and he did it intentionally.
I’m sorry to say I hope we never have another black President again after seeing what the first one did.
I really wanted to believe it was possible in America to be color blind but it takes two to tango and the black President had an alternative agenda not in line with American values. Sad but them’s the facts.
It’s already mostly ended, if it ever really even started. The idea of America was pretty unique in human history in conceiving of a nation based on shared mission as opposed to shared ancestry, and we’ve been more successful at transcending the natural human instinct for in-group preferences than pretty much any other, and we are even more successful now than we’ve ever been before.
Outside of the mainstream media hothouse, millions of daily interactions between people of different races go off without a hitch every single day in American, every single year. The media and the Democratic Party for their own purposes choose to put a giant magnifying glass on every single instance at odds with that general overwhelming rule.
as long as we behave as humans, we will always seek assembly with those of "our" kind...
we have a massive assimilation of whites/blacks and inbetween...between asians/hispanics, europeons/africans...
count on this....the darker shades will always be against the lighter shades and vice versa....
humans always find something to differentiate themselves...
