How do you ban a person or business as they demand ? Exile to a desert island, shoot em to the moon ?

How will these commies define what 'promoting' 3D printed guns ? Doing google searches ? Commenting about them on any website ? Talking with friends ? Again, they haven't even defined 'ban', but commies are just good at throwing totalitarian actions around.
