Well, in defense of the old “Horndog,” the singer does appear to have forgotten to wear a skirt or other garment over her lower body. To me, giving a solo at a funeral in one’s underwear is just not proper; even if your undies are formal black. I think I’d have stared, as well. Full transparency!
