These people need some serious therapy.
Shock Therapy and or frontal lobotomies should fix them.
Electroshock therapy, at the minimum. Perhaps an induced coma afterward, for at least five years, at which time they shall be awakened, and asked who is President.
Just to watch their heads finally explode.
