MEDIA POLITICIZE FLORENCE, BLAME TRUMP FOR STORMS, PREDICT MASS DEATH

Trump is ‘actively making the problem worse’

Hurricane Florence is now bearing down on North Carolina, and the media is looking to score political points.

On MSNBC, host Chris Hayes invited meteorologist Eric Holthaus on to argue global warming is making hurricanes worse, and that President Trump is to blame.

"We have a president that is denying the impacts of, you know, this hurricane season last year and this year and actively making the problem worse by, you know, not addressing this root cause of worsening storms,” Holthaus told to a nodding Hayes.

On CNN, political analyst John Avlon, in a segment titled "Reality Check," suggested Trump is at fault for Hurricane Florence, and that his climate policies could kill up to 80,000 people per decade.

Is Trump "complicit in this storm?" asked Alisyn Camerota in the segment introduction.

"His policies have been tearing down our defenses to climate change, which is often a blame for extreme weather," Avlon answered. "On the same day Trump was discussing Florence, his EPA proposed rolling back restrictions on emissions of methane. That's just the latest environmental policy targeted by the Trump Administration."

Avlon rattled off a series of Obama-era environmental regulations the Trump Administration is rolling back -- including pulling out of the Paris climate accord -- and then boldly predicted a death toll in the thousands.

the storm has been downgraded to cat 1 so i guess by their idiotic logic, since trump is president, and a storm has hit, it’s a good thing trump was president then because the storm has downgraded rapidly, and if opbama had been president, it would now be a cat 5 storm because he wouldn’t have as much influence over nature-

I saw the funniest thing this morning. Some weather channel dude hanging on to a pole with rain and wind tearing at him. 3 people casually walked by and waved in the background. I’m not here to minimize the damage, suffering, and loss but were 40% behind in hurricanes for the past 50 years. If people had the brains they were born with they wouldn’t build their coastal homes 1 ft above sea level when periodic hurricanes routinely bring in 6ft plus surges. You’ve been told to get out of Dodge for a week and your cutting holes in your roof a week later. Insurance rackets, hype, human stupidity account for most of the damage.

Quick, spot the difference!

13SEP2018 CNN:
This just in, The National Weather Service is forecasting that Florence will make landfall as a Category 4 hurricane.

02NOV2016 CNN:
This just in, the National Polling Service is forecasting that Hillary will win the election with 98% of the vote.

They are getting more extreme everyday with their proclamations as their TDS symptoms get worse.

As in today’s topic that “somehow” the original official Hurricane Maria Puerto Rico deathtoll from a year ago was 64 people, but now, it’s 3,000 or higher and it’s Trump’s fault.

“It’s Trump’s fault the storm went from Cat 4 down to Cat 2 overnight and that it came ashore as a Cat 1. He robbed us of our disaster!”

They just witnessed man’s control over the climate and the weather. Let’s convince the leftists that Trump is a God, just like they believed Soetoro was The Messiah. Perhaps they’d feel much better, and we can giggle at them knowing there is a greater power above us that Trump, and many of us, believe.

Obama would have caused the oceans to recede, and the planet to heal.

Reality be damned, if it does not support the Party's narrative.

Hmmm...……
Hurricane Camille 1969. Only one (1) of three Cat. 5 storms ever to make landfall in the USA Other two: Hurricane Andrew 1995 and Labor Day 1935.

These 3 occurred without any presidential influence/instigation/’wet dreams’.
