The breaking news surrounding Judge Brett Kavanaugh is coming in on multiple fronts.
Kavanaughs mother, Judge Martha Kavanaugh, was a Maryland State Judge, who ruled in a 1996 foreclosure case involving Dr. Christine Blasey Fords (Judge Brett Kavanaughs accuser) parents. HOWEVER, court records show the following
The court record clearly shows Judge Martha Kavanaugh in no way ruled against Fords parents, as she only ruled that the voluntary motion to dismiss is hereby granted with prejudice and that the bond filed by Harry J. Kelly as trustee shall be released and returned filed.
By WANdisco The DAILY CALLER obtained the court records. Some news outlets have reported the information as if to appear Judge Kavanaughs mother ruled AGAINST Fords parents. However, she only ruled to agree with the bank to drop the foreclosure proceedings. The home is still owned by Judge Brett Kavanaughs accusers parents.

Yes, this one appears to be a big nothing.
IIRC, her brother worked for the law firm that funded Fusion GPS.
But somehow, the name of that judge, Martha KAVANAUGH, didn’t flip the switch on Miss Victim’s memory about what she claims happened in 1982.
AND THE DUMBASS REPUBLICANAS *STILL* DELAYED THE VOTE ON THIS!
Geebus what a bunch of limp-noodle pussies.

(not)
Not quite so fast there.
How much did they have to pay to get the foreclosure stopped? Did the parents, and most importantly, Ford, think that the bank demands were fair? Or did she feel that the bank caused undue pain to her parents with the Judge's help?
That foreclosure action was not dropped in vacuum, there were many moving parts, and they could have lost money, or other property. I don't think the participants came away feeling warm & fuzzy toward the Judge.

If they didn't, the Democrats would accuse them of conducting a "war on women" because they didn't take this woman's accusations seriously.
That would allow the Democrats to nationalize the off-year elections in November. The MSM would have gone wall-to-wall with it straight through election day.
Initially argued elsewhere that on the face of it, there could well be a basis for any dissatisfaction the Ford family may have had with regard to J. Martha Cavanaugh.
But with more facts it is clear the judge's only involvement in this lawsuit was limited to being the judge who happened to be available to sign off on dismissal of the suit, in one sense a purely admin event.
That view is supported with a remark made by the leader of the R party. President Trump indicated in a positive tone that there would be a slight delay but the matter would go forward.

No.
Apparently in 2012 Ford told her therapist there were 4 men involved in this incident, and she didnt know any of them. This statement of record makes her allegations against Kavanaugh even flimsier. Her story has no credence and deserves little if any attention or time. It has come about to create cover for the so called Republicans who never intended to vote for Kavanaugh. There is no low too low for many Democrats..ditto for some Republicans.
“President Donald Trump on Monday said that “if it takes a little delay” to confirm Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, that’s alright.”

Maybe her social media posts might be informative.
Old and forgotten? Probably not current info.

There aren’t any. Seems she spent the weekend scrubbing them. The chans (4 & 8) spent a lot of time digging on this, and came up empty-handed.
Quite true.
Over the years it has become apparent one could easily think of the R's as the Gentlemen and the D's as the Street Gang.
While there is a lot to be said for being a gentleman and that should be the goal, they tend to lose a lot of street fights.
IMO, the deciding factor as to which prevails over the other is the quality of our culture; and that is determined by our regard for each other, our education system, the honesty and clarity of our communications and what entertains us.
(/rant over)
Should be available though..somewhere.

From what I have read, he left the company (one with about 700 lawyers) about 5 years before the notorious file was started. Another nothingburger.
I love how this doesn’t bother Trump.
He gives the dems all the rope they want to hang themselves.
