Did she graduate HIGH SCHOOL?
Did she learn ANYTHING in high school?
IF you cannot learn from 1 pregnancy-—or 2 pregnancies, then you won’t learn if there are 17 pregnancies.
No skills? High schools taught typing..some aught shorthand.

Why should she get a Christmas basket of freebie handouts when she obviously had one chronic problem...she could NOT keep hr legs together.
