Brett Kavanaugh has been the subject of some of the worst vitriol I have ever witnessed in my life as far as politics goes. His history could not be more exemplary yet those on the left have stooped so low as to call him "rapist" among other names. As if that wasn't bad enough, the same scurrilous morons who verbally flayed Kavanaugh and his family now express dismay that would dare defend himself and his family. It makes his temperament unsuitable for a SCOTUS judge, they now assert. This is now the current liberal dog whistle.
Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s raw, combative defense against a sexual assault allegation from decades ago may have saved his embattled nomination, but his angry, partisan words last week also may have damaged his ability to be seen as a fair justice on the nation’s highest court.
Kavanaugh said he wrote his statement, which he delivered Thursday before the Senate Judiciary Committee, entirely on his own.
And unlike much of the nation, he said he did not watch the preceding, riveting testimony of Christine Blasey Ford, the California psychology professor who told the senators she was “100%” certain a teenage Kavanaugh had drunkenly attacked her when they were high school students in suburban Maryland in the early 1980s.
Determined to clear his name, he did not just argue that Ford, whom he says he had barely known, had mistakenly identified him as the attacker she feared would rape her, or suffocate her by muffling her cries. Rather, he portrayed the accusation as a politically motivated attack by vengeful Democrats, arising from “the frenzy on the left” to “blow me up and take me down.”
At week’s end, Kavanaugh’s confirmation remained in some doubt. The Republican-led Senate bowed to pressure and postponed a confirmation vote for a week while the FBI conducts a limited investigation of the allegations against him by Ford and two other women.
Should he be confirmed, however, at a minimum his nationally televised remarks are likely to linger in Americans’ memories, further undercutting for many the notion that the high court’s decisions reflect a fair, impartial reading of the Constitution, history and precedent — and not the nine justices’ political leanings. If he didn’t defend himself vigorously the Left would say he lacks emotions, is too calculated, cold and robotic to be a justice on the Supreme Court. He can’t win either way. The Left is never satisfied.
I don’t recall him ever saying he knew her at all.

This is one of the oldest tricks in the left wing playbook. Make outrageous accusations and then project guilt because your opponent is acting “defensive”.
That hearing was a virtual gang rape of Kavanaugh, and its supporters are all gang rapists. Yes, I am borrowing the hyperbole of the Left.
The Los Angeles Times had a story yesterday that the basic premise was Kavanaugh shouldn’t be confirmed even if the accusations are completely disproven, because the democrats and the left made him so angry with this accusations that he could now never be impartial.
The left is Satan. Literally.

So vigorous self-defense when accused of a crime is proof of guilt to the LA slimes.
If you vigorously defend yourself, as a totally innocent man would, you lack the temperament to be a impartial judge. If you fail to defend yourself, you are as much as admitting your guilt.
But there is one thing clear. There is no way Judge Kavanaugh will be able to forgive and forget how he was treated by the democrats. If he should show a lack of sympathy for a democrat position that happens to come up in court, it will be the democrats’ fault. They did this, not he.
Ah yes, the childhood "Heads I win, Tails you lose" mantra. I honestly think that they thought that he would have withdrawn by now, that he would fold at the incessant attacks. Now they are scared that he will think about serving a cold dish when he is on the Supreme Court!
Just one prediction for this week, look for a breathless accusation against Judge Kavanaugh late in the week. Something to rattle Susan AND Lisa and try for further delays. If it works once keep at it, one of these mud pies has to stick!
