I was falsely accused of having an affair and fathering a child with a woman I never met.
A WOMAN I NEVER MET.
I am a reasonably locally-prominent person. I had the misfortune of being on the front page of a local paper one day when a lady I'd never met gave birth. I gave a lot of money to a school.
She saw me on the paper. She saw I was wealthy and reasonably important. So when the clerk came in with the birth certificate form to fill out, she put my name.
She went on welfare and concocted a giant story of an affair. She was very convincing.
I was briefly forced to pay child support until I spent a lot of money on DNA tests (yes, plural). All came back that the kid was not mine.
I had to attend court several times. I took a deposition. I had to attend court-mandated parenting classes for a child I never wanted to see. I never got my money back.
Probably all in, it cost me $50,000, counting my lawyers.
I almost got a divorce. People gossiped, and do to this day.
Nothing ever happened to the lady who lied. It's a crime to put false information on an official form, but despite my requests to prosecute, nothing happened.
My name remains on the birth certificate, as there apparently is no way to change it. My lawyers take this into account when they set up trusts and wills and whatnot for my estate.
All because some random bitch lied.
A counter suit is not allowed?....................
Disgusting.
Time for the lying witches to start paying for their lies.
She had no money. She was a welfare whore.

Watching Judge K’s wife was like watching my own wife through the process.
It was devastating to my wife and daughters.
And, yes, it sowed a seed of evil doubt in my wife’s mind.
It was a real problem in our marriage.
And my wife is a good woman. Pretty much the thing that convinced her was showing that I was on the front page of the paper the day of the birth.
I watched the lady on the stand. She was crying and as convincing as Dr. Ford.
And it was all a fiction. DNA proven.

In your case the state aided and abetted fraud. They provided the tools and all that was needed was for some unscrupulous skank to pick them up and use them.
The state should have reimbursed you for every penny!

Let’s do our OWN MeTwo. I was a physician seeing patients on a daily basis for 35 years. I never had ONE malpractice suit against me. I am a Christian but I always felt it was inappropriate to bring Faith into the relationship with patients so most of my patients never knew. I was accused of misconduct because a 30 year old woman didn’t know that a PAP smear REQUIRED a pelvic exam. Apparently the Nurse Practitioners whe had previously seen had never done that. My nurse was a new graduate that had no experience and little common sense. When I was accused I thought having a nurse in the room would indemnify me. It did not. I was told by my colleagues, ten years ago, that they had to take her accusations seriously so she would feel she had been heard. I had to wait three agonizing days before the Group would inform her her concerns had been heard and what she had actually experienced was the standard of care. Let me tell you, you don’t sleep, you can’t eat, you can’t do anything because you can’t think of anything else. My heart goes out to Kav because this CRAP has dragged on far too long already. He must have far more strength than I can imagine. And to have these deliberately duplicitous Rats continuing to torment him like a cat with a doomed mouse is disgusting and reprehensible. If there was a single Democrat in the Senate with any sense of decency they would put a stop to this, but they won’t. We need to have our OWN #MeToo.

The woman has no money, and the original false claims would still linger in the minds of your community forever, no matter how convincing your case might be.
