That's an admission that the democrats don't give a damn about the Constitutional separation of powers unless it serves their agenda use such separation of powers to their own benefit at the moment.

This is a dangerous bunch of thugs who don't respect the law and actually only see it as another tool to beat down anyone who stands in the way of their quest for complete control of this nation.

Sen. Jeff Merkley’s belief that the court can block the senate from voting on a nominee is implied by virtue of the fact he filed a suit requesting the court do that very thing.

My satire was to put his implied thinking into words that express his true contempt for the Constitution’s separation of powers.
