Like the Doomsday Machine of the 1950s, (when the whole Soviet Union was surrounded by a series of nuclear tripwires, it was what the Cuban Missile Crisis was about), SA has all their oil production facilities mined with dirty bomb materials, cesium or some-such, if SA is ever invaded, this little doomsday machine will go off automatically.
