Here is nutcase Socialist Democrat Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez literally saying Democrats should “Pack” the U.S. Supreme Court if they can regain control of the House, Senate and the Presidency.
This because there is now a 5-4 Conservative Majority on the U.S. Supreme Court thanks to President Trump’s two Supreme Court choices. Ocasio-Cortez was asked what should be done about this new reality and she said, “We take back the House, we take back the Senate, we take back the Presidency and we pack the Supreme Court of the United States of America.”
This hearkens back to Democrat President Franklin Delano Roosevelt’s attempt in 1937 to “pack” the Supreme Court because the Court had ruled several of his New Deal plans unconstitutional. The U.S. Constitution does not specify how many Justices should sit on the Supreme Court. Congress determined there would be nine in the Judiciary Act of 1869.......So Roosevelt said Congress could give the President the power to enlarge the size of the Court. He wanted the power to add up to six additional Justices to the Court. But his own Party opposed him in the clear power grab and it never happened...........

I seriously doubt that she's smart enough to think of this approach to packing the SCOTUS. My guess is that she meant to impeach one or more of the sitting Justices and substitute Dem replacements. For someone with the IQ of dust, the approach mentioned here is simply too sophisticated for her to think of it.

The only way to do that any time soon is to add to the number of judges. Which will result in losing the House, losing the Senate, and possibly the Presidency, if the Commies were to ever hold all of those again.
