I love Korean food. Kimche rocks, and I say that as a serious BBQ fanatic. Some of those Korean marinades go so good with a slow pecan smoke and a triple IPA...

I call shenanigans because when I was in Korea everyone only drank makgeolli, soju, makgeolli and soju or peach oscar.

PS. Pro Tip: first thing in the morning, a bottle of peach oscar and a bowl of hot kimchee soup will burn any hangover out of you.
