kept a stack of hundreds for over a year ? Sounds like he knew something didn’t smell right... No way to know whether he was keeping that out of suspicion or just in case he wanted to have some untraceable cash. You could be right, but it's not a guarantee.

He said in the podcast that the cash is in his European lawyer’s office. He was concerned he would have been busted by customs if he brought it back to US

Pop smelled something funny, went to a lawyer, then stashed it in a safety deposit box in there in Israel. He was not going to travel with it and really didn’t keep it a secret.
