what kind of diet are you on?

I’ve been doing KETO and gluten-free and have been losing steadily.

I simplified it by filling my fridge with eggs, meats and cheese and a large jar of herring.

Since that’s all that’s in there, that’s all I can snack on- but the funny thing is that after a few days you’re not hungry any more.

I’ve read where wheat gluten prevents absorbing nutrients- so you’re constantly hungry. Since cutting out wheat even though I eat less I am rarely hungry.

I don't use the term "diet" because it is too restrictive. What I do is simply avoid carbs to the extent of eating no more than 30 grams of it per day. Otherwise, I eat my fill of no/low carb food.

I am able to avoid carb cravings by taking Crave Stop. Since using that starting July 3 I have had no carb cravings at all.

After my weigh-in tomorrow, I am going to a Brazilian Buffet (GroupOn). Since their specialty is meat that they bring around to the tables, I am able to avoid the carbs. BTW, I notice that whatever weight I do put on at buffets, I am able to shed within a day or two.

I have attempted MANY times in the past 10 years to lose weight but the most I have been able to do was about 20 pounds due to sneaking carb snacks. However, by using Crave Stop I have not had any carb cravings.

Do you eat the herring, or just use it to keep others from opening your fridge and eating your eggs, meat, and cheese? ;-)
