what kind of diet are you on?

I don't use the term "diet" because it is too restrictive. What I do is simply avoid carbs to the extent of eating no more than 30 grams of it per day. Otherwise, I eat my fill of no/low carb food.

I am able to avoid carb cravings by taking Crave Stop. Since using that starting July 3 I have had no carb cravings at all.

After my weigh-in tomorrow, I am going to a Brazilian Buffet (GroupOn). Since their specialty is meat that they bring around to the tables, I am able to avoid the carbs. BTW, I notice that whatever weight I do put on at buffets, I am able to shed within a day or two.

I have attempted MANY times in the past 10 years to lose weight but the most I have been able to do was about 20 pounds due to sneaking carb snacks. However, by using Crave Stop I have not had any carb cravings.

Fantastic, keep up the good work! For men, there are thee keys to rapid weight loss and lifelong weight maintenance.

1. Increasing the mitochondria count in your muscles by doing short strength exercises using all the major muscle groups. About 15 minutes a day is all you need, and the mitochondria will burn fat 24/7 for you with a low carb diet/intermittent fasting. Contrary to popular myth, it’s not muscle mass that does the work, it’s the mitochondria count.

2. Controlling insulin, which you know well. All you need is carb control and at least 45 minutes a day of walking.

3. Increase free testosterone. The 15 minute workouts help, but safe, inexpensive supplements are the way to really activate this. The free testosterone will signal your body to reconfigure into a leaner, toned profile.

I tripled my rate of weight loss by adding Tongkat Ali and Maca supplements to my diet (available at places like Sprouts Farmers Market, online or any decent health food store). I am currently working with a co-worker who started at 285. He was losing a steady 2 pounds a week following essentially your same diet plan.

When I gave him the two supplements to try, he immediately shifted gears to losing 6 pounds a week, with no other changes.

PM me if you want all the steps I used to get from 22% body fat to 16% in three months. Once you find the keys to your body’s operating system, everything becomes so easy it feels like magic.

I’ve found that eating protien (cheese, milk, eggs, meats) almost exclusively has greatly cut down my cravings for food.

Some days I forget to eat until after dinner time.

When I was eating bread I was hungry all the time. I had a big fat gut and felt terrible.

Now it makes sense- if you have a wheat problem then it prevents your body from absorbing nutrients from your food. So you eat and eat, but you’re still hungry.

Those are the major changes since switching to KETO and NO WHEAT.
1) I am almost never hungry any more
2) my fat gut has dissapeared
3) I feel so much more energy

I am wearing pants that I had put into a bag for goodwill- because I thought I’d never see a 36 waistline again.

I love what I can eat- a nice cheese omelette.. steak salad, grilled chicken breast strips dipped in buttermilk and corn flak crumbs
