Was told the other day by another FReeper, this was not a cavalry charge but a Dragoon movement................ This would depend upon the engagement. Dragoons typically rode into battle but dismounted. A cavalry charge uses their horse as the primary instrument to engage the enemy and continue the fight on horseback. The event in question would appear to be an actual cavalry charge and engagement.
