Your Italian is way better than mine :-)
Someone just posted a Christmas tree-shaped cheese ball that is surrounded with different types of olives. If I was going to make a cheese ball, that would be the one.

I studied it for a long time and have been immersed several times, too. But writing is much easier for me than conversation. I have a friend over there who “no spikka da inglis”, which is good because it makes me try harder, but I have to keep the dictionary open when we skype.
Wow, the cheeseball (tree) with olives sounds great!
