Yes, but in this case they are not being asked to bake the cake for a customer requesting it. They are being forced to bake a cake even if nobody asks for it. This is comical.

Private lobbying groups are a very different animal from state government Human Rights Commissions. Which do exist in some states.
The City of Atlanta one is an issue, but there is no state legislation backing up their actions, so their power is more limited. They have no prosecutorial power, as some HRCs elsewhere do.
I strongly disagree with your assertion that the KKK is Rightism. The KKK was established as the paramilitary wing of Democrats, and they have no place in the American Right.

Patriots please note that the states gave Congress the 14th Amendment power to make punitive laws to discourage state actors from violating protections that the states have amended the Constitution to expressly protect, religious expression in this example.

As a consequence of inexcusably widespread ignorance of the Constitution, from the time of the first midterm election after lawless, anti-Christian Obama was elected, Constitution-impaired patriots still havent elected a unified patriot Congress that cares about constitutional protections. So the Bill of Rights and other constitutionally enumerated protections are being selectively enforced at this time imo.
Christian filmmakers will now have to wait until after 2020 elections to see if patriots will wake up to elect enough new federal lawmakers who will be willing to make laws to strengthen constitutionally enumerated rights.

The whole case is beyond absurd. The idea that acosta can do and say anything he wants is, quite literally, insane.
The political terms "right" and "left" originated in eighteenth century France and didn't spread outside its borders until the early twentieth century. And the original "right" was not dedicated to free enterprise. As a matter of fact, American palaeo/libertarian hero Frederic Bastiat was considered a leftist in his day and sat in the same part of the French legislature as the other leftists, including socialists.
The original Ku-Klux Klan and the one that has existed in some form or another since December 1915 are not related and have very little in common. The former was the "resistance" to "carpetbag" rule in the Reconstruction South; the latter was something else altogether. The original Klan was not anti-Jewish or anti-Catholic, or even explicitly chrstian and didn't even burn crosses. For some reason everyone seems to identify the two as one.

It is utterly unconstitutional. It is forced speech. Fighting this sort of thing in Canada is what made Jordan Peterson famous.
But we have the first amendment in the US. The law is a non-starter.
