Never eaten goat. I did once fill the freezer with a butchered Barbados lamb. We enjoyed many wonderful meals.

We eat bear meat and bears are omnivores, as we are. People in Africa eat monkeys and apes, too. I’ve eaten alligator on several occasions and they’re a carnivore.

Actually, I think that on the zoological tree dogs are one step below bears. So the most similar meat that is sometimes eaten might be bear.
