I’m sure it was made with sugar, so I guess that doesn’t count.

Almond flour is great for low-carb baking. Haven’t tried making a pit crust, but you probably could.

Lots of low carb crust recipes out there. I’ve made pies that have only 3 or 4 carbs per serving.
