I might not make it down to 220 pounds for a total weight loss of 100 pounds since I started losing on May 27 but it won't be for lack of trying. BTW, an important theme of my videos is that you can eat EXTREMELY well and still lose weight.

I just wish I hadn't snuck those 5 or 6 pieces of pumpkin pie cake over Thanksgiving weekend. It wasn't the carb cravings that drove me. Just the memory of how incredible my sister-in-law's pumpkin pie cakes taste.

Anyway this is most definitely the TOUGHEST time of year to lose weight.

That’s about half a pound per day if you don’t eat too much after walking.

Yeah, well that's about 3 1/2 pounds by next Friday which won't get me there.

No treadmill. I just walk around in a path in my home usually while listening to talk radio or an audio book to keep me from being bored.

Yes, I definitely have a lot more energy now plus I am down to XL shirts instead of barely fitting into 2XL shirts. The shirt in this video is an old XL shirt of mine I found.

PJ, lower carb lets my wife and I eat extremely (formerly) “naughty” foods, yet have the best blood results and continually lose weight.

Keep it up, my FRiend!

My big thing is to prepare incredibly TASTY low carb (meat, chicken, turkey, fish) meals. That’s why I give my Weber kettle grill a lot of use when smoking my meats.

15 miles sounds like a lot but I do it in segments. Not all at the same time. Also I am in a temperature controlled indoors, not outdoors.

Gotcha. I need to start walking in the woods, again. Boredom would get me in the house. Plus, if you walk three miles in the woods, you’ve got no choice but to walk back.

No boredom for me. I either listen to talk radio or an audio book. I use a remote speaker to listen to them via Echo Dot so sound carries everywhere.
