A mile in the morning and another in late afternoon.....
Wore a headset,listened to music or talk radio...if I missed a session, no big deal.

Same here. 25# since October 6. Eat less. Move more. Diagnosed with diabetes. Sucks. I guess it’s a family thing. I eat right. Active. Sleep good. And BP under control. Still fear what the end life cycle will be. 225 to 200. I think work stress is the biggest problem.
