Jesus has told us to love our enemies.
Ruth Bader Ginsburg has done a great deal to destroy the Constitution as written, and thus destroy the rule of law in the United States. She follows a 70 year tradition of Progressive dominance of the Court, ignoring the clear text of the Constitution, and substituting Progressive preferences.
Ruth is old, and faces death. She sees her death, not at the end of productive life, but as a contribution to the destruction of all her work over decades.
God, please help open Ruth's heart to you. Help Ruth to realize we are all sinners and need forgiveness. We can never live up to the level of perfection God requires, without Jesus. We are all imperfect, because we are not God.
Ruth, you need only ask, and God will help you.
God, I know you wish for all to be saved. Please help your creation, Ruth to accept you and ask for your grace. Help open her heart, and humble her so that she can overcome her pride.
Help Ruth to realize she is not God. Help her realize she is not in control, and she, as with all people, is mortal, and will face you, probably in the near future.
God, may your grace help Ruth to become a child of God.
In the name of your son, Jesus, Amen.

You have a better heart than I have...
Has there been some news of her being terminally ill? I know of many people, following her surgery, living for years....
I personally pray that her suffering ends - the sooner the better.
Accepting Jesus for a Jew is a tough ask even for someone on Death’s door.
You a better man than I.
Darth Bader can rot in hell.
She could have been a midwife at Jesus’ birth.
There should be age limits in a lot of government services.
Just being alive shouldn’t be a reason to keep your job... and in reality that’s also true with a lot of people in government of all ages. You could downsize by 50% and never know it except in savings.
Are you sure her pending passing is not the answer to the prayers of thousands of others?
“Accepting Jesus for a Jew is a tough ask even for someone on Deaths door.”
Probably a whole lot harder for a Secular Progressive! Their “Savior” seems to be Communism
It may be. My prayer is silent on the timing of her death.
Yikes I thought it was Ocasio Cortez for a second.
“Just being alive shouldnt be a reason to keep your job... and in reality thats also true with a lot of people in government of all ages. You could downsize by 50% and never know it except in savings.”
You could liken it to purging the voter rolls. Or giving the Government an enema! Unfortunately, there’s still the retirement costs, but they might well be “self-servicing!”
Give it another 50 or so years...twins!
There was a moment in the Kavenaugh hearing where I thought there was a real chance for a coming together of people of good faith. When he spoke of how his daughter prayed for the woman accusing her father, wouldn’t it have been a miracle if the woman came out and said she’d made it all up, but wanted to come clean.
It would have literally changed politics forever.
In the end, it only served to illustrate the Left is truly godless.
In front of the entire nation, on prime time television, I would see her repent, acknowledge the Lordship of Jesus Christ, and denounce her lifes work as the main proponent of liberalism in this nation.
I can dream right ... ?
My point is that we all have a history, and judgement isn’t our job. I would wish her a return to good health and a fast retirement at the same time, but I don’t wish death or illness on anyone - it’s just not right. At one time RBG was a newly married Army wife who applied for a GS-5 civil service job, only to be denied and offered a GS-2 cllerk-typist position instead after she told them she was pregnant. She needed the job and accepted that was “just how things are”.
You don’t have to agree with her liberal views to appreciate that we are all human and that our views are shaped by our experiences.
"May God bless, and keep the Czar ...far away from us!" (Rabbi; Fiddler on the Roof)
good prayer. Amen!
> Hate solves nothing, good post. <
I agree with you. Ginsburg has been wrong, many times. And she has certainly harmed our country. But too many people equate being wrong with being evil. The Left does that almost constantly.
That’s something we should avoid. It’s just not healthy.
